About

This house was a fun renovation project for my husband and I. We wanted to provide a space that stands out and provided a comfortable and creative space for visitors. We are 1.2 miles from the Gonda Building of the Mayo Clinic and located on the bike and bus routes.

Good to know

There are no stairs to enter the home. The main floor of the home has a living room, full kitchen, full bath with step in shower and a king bedroom. The second floor has a queen bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also a sunny workspace on the second floor.

We are located in one of the original neighborhoods in Rochester. There are lots of interesting and unique homes in the neighborhood full of families and long time Rochester Residents. A very neighborhood feel, while being within walking/biking to trails, downtown, parks, and entertainment.

Becca was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The house was cozy and charming. Walking distance to Mayo, a little over a mile. We would love to stay there again!

That was a fantastic stay! The home was so cute, quaint, and cozy. This was a very last-minute trip, and Becca was super responsive when I had some questions both prior to and during the stay. I loved it and hope to be back again!

Find us

We are on the bike path and bus route. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services are readily available with ample off street parking if you prefer to drive. Seasonally there are electric scooters & e-bikes available for rent around the city.
