Guest will have private access to the entire first floor. The upper floor is locked off from guest use, but will not be in use during your stay. Reserved off street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles will have to acquire a residential parking permit for parking on the street or there are parking meters across the street for short term parking.

The Kutzky Park neighborhood is one of the most charming and historic neighborhoods in Rochester. We recommend taking time to walk around and view the unique architecture of the neighborhood.

Guest Access

You'll have private access to the entire main floor of the home, including a private entrance, patio, and the laundry in the basement. All living spaces — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room — are on the main floor; only the laundry requires stairs. Please note there are two steps to enter the home: one up to the porch and one from the porch inside. Check-in is self-service with a keypad code sent before arrival.

Find us

Saint Marys Campus is a 5–10 minute walk — many guests leave the car parked for their whole stay. Mayo's downtown Gonda and Methodist campuses are about a mile away, roughly a 5-minute drive or a short ride on Rochester's shuttle and bus routes. One free reserved off-street parking space is included.
