Great place to stay if you have a doctor visit at the Mayo or st Mary’s and want to bring your pet this place is very affordable compared to some other places which is very nice as Rochester can be expensive. Very clean and felt at home.

Great place to stay during a Mayo visit - this location is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The walk to the Mayo / Gonda buildings is about 15-20 minutes, which I definitely recommend, as construction is making parking difficult over there. That being said, there is a dedicated parking space on the property for you as well and the drive over there would be very direct. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for our trip to Mayo. Very comfortable home with all the amenities we needed. It was nice coming back after a long day to such a homey environment. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and the neighborhood itself was very walker friendly. Becca was a pleasure to work with, friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay could not have been better. Loved the effort to preserve the original floors, cabinetry, and charm of a well cared for vintage home. The 5 min walk to St. Mary’s worked out perfectly. Our dog was welcomed and helped make our stay feel like home. We will always try to book the Hart house when visiting Rochester.
