A well-done little house with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture, and good communication with a helpful owner. It is near a fairly busy street and yet I found it very quiet. Furthermore, there's a walking trail nearby, and you can walk to the Mayo in about 15 minutes.

We were in town for care for our daughter at Mayo Clinic. Very convenient location to St. Mary’s campus. We also loved that we could walk across the street to a grocery store and restaurants. Becca was a great host with prompt and responsive communication. We would certainly stay again.

Like others have mentioned, at first we needed to be right by Mayo but later being at Becca’s cozy, clean & comfortable Bluebird house for a few days was wonderful! We enjoyed walking the treelined streets and to the nearby park, grocery store, Mexican bakery and ramen restaurant. Becca was a great host and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Had a nice stay. Close to Mayo. 1.5 bathrooms and the 1/2 bathroom is upstairs. Just an FYI and this is pretty standard for this area. Would stay here again. Thank you.

We enjoyed are stay, the house was very clean, cozy, spacious enough for a small group. The kitchen had every utensils available if you’re someone who likes to cook. I highly recommend it.
