Can’t really say enough good about this place! We were in town 6 days for a surgery at Mayo. This great house with everything we needed made it feel like home. Easy 5 minute walk to Mayo. Comfortable beds, lots of space and a great back yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Becca was super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent stay. The house was spacious and very clean. We loved that we were able to bring our 3 dogs and the fenced in backyard was great. But most of all the walk to Mayo St. Mary's was so convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. Becca was a wonderful communicator and the house was exactly as described. We stayed for a week and we were very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again.

Becca is amazing! Like other guests before us, we traveled to Rochester for the Mayo Clinic. Things happen fast there AND change often. Becca stepped up to the plate and handled all of our tentative lodging reservations. THEN, everything changed, and once again, Becca took care of everything for us, assuring us that no matter what, she would figure it out. And she did. I can't say enough good things about her as an owner and a host. She is on top of the game, no question. We'll be back in November staying at one of Becca's homes, knowing full well that we are in wonderful, capable hands. Thank you, Becca! I don't know what we would have done without you. P.S. The house is great, PERFECT location, walkable to many things, and literally a 5-minute walk to Mayo's St. Mary's Campus.

This is a lovely home in a great location in Rochester. Very cute, quaint, clean, and cozy. When our plans changed, Becca was responsive and easy and accommodating which we greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!

Most amenities are in walking distance of this location including grocery, restaurants, and Mayo Clinic Shuttles. We are one block from the city bus line. If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent Lime Scooters and E-bikes during your stay as well.
