The Little House is the perfect place of you're looking for something Cozy, stylish, and close to everything that you need. This home was a fun renovation project for my husband and I. It's located in the family friendly Sunnyside Addition neighborhood and we've worked hard to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. This home has a beautiful fully fenced in yard with a neighborhood feel while still being less than a 5 minute drive from Downtown & Mayo Clinic Campuses!

Staying here absolutely made my trip! I was traveling solo for the first time, and being able to cozy up in this perfect home-away-from-home was a true gift. I couldn't be more grateful. This home had everything I needed, nothing I didn't, and truly wonderful vibes. It was the little things that made it so welcoming - the decor, the colorful rug, the welcome mat, the welcome sign on the door, the guestbook. And the bed! Really large and extremely comfortable. This house was perfect for my husband and I we go to Mayo Clinic on a frequent basis. The bed is comfortable. The house is the right size for everything we need. Our two small pups enjoyed the large front yard, that’s fenced. Allows them to roam around get a little exercise before coming in. Highly recommend Becca. She’s a great host❣️

Stayed here during a three day visit to Mayo. Convenient location and a great yard for my dog! Very responsive and helped me problem solve a timing issue with checkout. Plenty of restaurants nearby and quick drop off for delivery. Bed was comfortable and the decor is super cute! While I hope not to spend too much time at Mayo, I would definitely stay here again if I’m the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The little home was perfect for my wife and me as we visited Mayo. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the endless hot water was icing on the cake. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

There is free uncovered parking in the driveway or on the street. The nearest bus stop is less than one block away. Lime Scooters and E Bikes are available seasonally if you're feeling adventurous. As well as car share with Uber and Lyft.
