Suite 2 is a quiet 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, den, and private deck with views of our beautiful wooded backyard. Our property is very close to the Quarry Hill Nature Center trail system.

Good to know

Bedroom one has a queen size bed with dresser, closet, and 32" TV. Bedroom two has a dressing area with recliner chair and closet, king size bed, dresser, and 32" TV. Living room offers a lounge chair, loveseat, coffee table and 50" TV. Kitchen has full size fridge, gas range, dishwasher and microwave. Den has couch, writing desk, gas fireplace, and back door to private deck. Bathroom has pedestal sink, full size shower tub with safety grip bars. Parking is free in our gravel lot out front. Laundry machines are coin-operated and located in our garage (available during the hours of 9am - 8pm). FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do you offer discounts for extended stays? Yes. Guests staying 7+ nights receive a discounted weekly rate, and stays of 28+ nights qualify for our extended-stay monthly rate. House Rules

Laundry machines can be used 9am - 8pm Pets are allowed at this property however, they must be included in your guest count and pet fee of $75 must be paid in advance. Pets cannot be left unsupervised indoors or outdoors. Pets must be crated when guests are not home. If your pet cannot be crated, please contact us to request a damage deposit or nearby pet care instead.

We are 2.5 miles northeast of downtown, an easy 15 minute drive. Our neighborhood is very quiet. The nearest grocery options are Silver Lake Foods off North Broadway, and Kwik Trip on East Circle Drive.

Guests have private access to the apartment. The laundry and outdoor spaces are shared with other tenants.

Find us

We have free parking off our gravel driveway. On weekdays, Bus 16 stops along Viola Road and runs downtown. The nearest bus stop is a short walk away. A biking trail runs across the street from our house, and the extensive Quarry Hill Nature Center trail system is a short walk or drive away. A taxi to downtown usually costs $12 from our place; an Uber is around $8.
