This is one of the more comfortable air bnb places I've stayed at. A quiet house, totally equipped kitchen, good beds. I appreciate the fact that a thermostat set at 70 actually yields a temperature of 70, which one can't take for granted in more drafty homes. The location was perfect for me, a pleasant 15 or 20 minute walk to the Mayo. My only hesitancy in giving it 5 stars is that I'll only make it that much harder to book when I need to stay in Rochester in the future, but oh well....

Becca’s place was all we needed for being away from home. She was very responsive and timely. Very clean and home feelings. Plenty of accessories and amenities. Great location for Mayo Clinic but not right in the middle of everything. Recommend this home to anyone and would be delighted to stay again.

Becca’s place is extremely cozy and feels like home. I know when traveling to Rochester having those comforts matter a lot depending on your reason for being there. I highly recommend Becca’s.

We miss it already! It was so wonderful! Despite the winter storm she helped us stay another night and accommodation was amazing! I hope we can stay again in the future, definitely counting on it! Thank you Becca!

This has to be one of the most well thought out Air B & Bs we have ever stayed at. Becca had everything we needed and more. The beds are actually so comfortable. There are extra throw blankets in every single room, and they are actually soft and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. There are extra towels in the bathroom, extra trash bags for trash. There are roku tvs in every room. We traveled with our 1 year old, and we had no issues. During our stay, there was quite a bit of snow, Becca reached out to let us know where to park to stay out of the way of the snow plows. Overall, our stay was great with no issues! Check in/check out was easy with clear instructions.

Great place to stay if you have a doctor visit at the Mayo or st Mary’s and want to bring your pet this place is very affordable compared to some other places which is very nice as Rochester can be expensive. Very clean and felt at home.

Very nice place with everything I needed. Great to have a private yard for my dog. Becca was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely book Becca's properties when returning to Mayo.
